How to use SaniCom System in your space
This is the basic usage of SaniCom System, how to install it, how to decide the density and time, function of spray nozzle, how to change the nozzle, how to use timer, how to handle liquid medicine, and standard of quantity and time by the size of the place for using the system.
SaniCom System is composed of 10 parts as shown below.
1. The plug and code for electric power. 2. The tank for liquid medicine 3. The suction inlet 4. The filter cover 5. The fuse 6. The timer 7. The nozzle 8. The spouting outlet 9. The Handle 10. The legs
At the beginning, read the reference carefully, and compose them as a order reference shows.
1) Mount two Installation Stand Angles on the wall with screws.
2) Mount Installation Stand on the Installation Stand Angle.
3) Do not securely tighten the nut and bolt of the Installation Stand until you determine the most operable spraying angle and direction of the unit. Upon determination of spray direction and angle, tighten the nut and bolt.
4) Place the Clean-Saver on the top of Installation Stand.
5) Secure the liquid medicine tank to the bottom of the Installation Stand.
6) Insert the tube from the liquid medicine tank into the Clean Saver.
7) Plug the 24hour timer into a 100V outlet.
8) Plug the Clean Saver into the timer unit

How to decide the density and time
To decide how long to spray, see the table of KX-1 spraying ability.
The liquid medicine is transformed into10mm particles with the device of special nozzle. So the nozzle is a very important device.
If the nozzle sprays unevenly, due to clogging, remove foreign elements from the nozzle or change with a new nozzle. stuff or change the nozzle to new one. There are four extra nozzles for change and an extra nozzle set-up box.
How to affix a new spray nozzle
First, insert a nozzle set-up box to the spouting outlet. Place the box firmly. Turn the nozzle set-up box to the left. The old spray nozzle is taken off. Set a new spray nozzle into a nozzle set-up box, Then insert the setting box to the spouting outlet firmly in place. Turn the set-up box to the right. The new spray nozzle is automatically set.You can set the timer from 15 minutes to 24 hours for a 1 time-use per day. With an extra two tubes, you can set a maximum of 3 time-uses per day. As the time expires, the air-cleaning function automatically stops.
There are 3 kinds of liquid medicine available. Usually tank is equipped externally. when the liquid insecticide (Exmin) is exposed to the sun, it loses insecticide effects. The liquid medicine for insecticide is better to be equipped internal box for the medicine not to be directly stroked by sunlight. Others can be equipped internal box or external tank.
